Play grace notes

Grace notes are an important part of the song, they have to be there in the midi so people can learn the song correctly. To play them, treat them as a 32nd of the beat and then subtract a 32nd from the following note.

grace notes are played with 32nd note's duration but always in tenuto, without subtracting its duration from the following note.
