support multiple page songs

Now songscribe has a one page limitation on song edition.
Support multiple pages by introducing one more level over the line: page.
The structure would be: composition, page, line, note
This implies introducing a new version of xml reader; reading the current xml version would be smooth: they always have one page.
Changes on view:

SongWriter: implement tabs for pages showing one page on one time. Doesn't imply much change on the editing mode. We don't want to support smooth line slipping between pages.

SongShow, full screen view: same as SongWriter, show one page on one time. On playback switch automatically between pages. Easily done by MIDI annotations (like note and line solution)

SongBook: we must handle each page as a separate object.
