MusicXML conversion

If we can import MusicXML files, that would allow us to import all of the scores that have already been done in other programs like Finale and capella.

We need to move this up in priority. Radha asked me last night if it would be possible to convert from Finale to Songscribe. We have thousands of songs in Finale which could be converted.

Sounds good in theory, but it practice it will be extremely difficult to do well.
