SongWriter: deleted annotations

- Select a note
- Go to Insert / Annotation...
- Enter some text, click Add
- Go to Insert / Annotation...
- Remove the text, click Apply addition button
- Click Cancel
- Go to Mode / Vertical adjustment : the colord square is there for the annotation with no text.
Suggestion:
- If there is no text given for annotation and the Apply button is
clicked, it could be the same effect as the Remove button
